Wall paint is not cabinet paint. We use premium, furniture-grade coating systems—including Renner Italian two-component polyurethane systems—selected for superior hardness, chemical resistance, and cleanability. Doors and drawer fronts are sprayed in a controlled shop setup, while fixed cabinet boxes and face frames are carefully masked and finished on site for a cohesive, factory-smooth appearance.

A DETAILED PROCESS, NOT A QUICK REPAINT

Components are labeled, photographed, and organized, with hardware bagged by location. Surfaces are thoroughly cleaned to remove grease and cooking residue, hand-sanded along profiles, repaired, and primed with an adhesion-promoting primer suited to the existing finish. Each coat is inspected under dedicated lighting, fine-sanded between coats, and cured before reinstallation.

COLOR, SHEEN, AND HARDWARE DETAILS

We coordinate cabinet color and sheen with countertops, tile, flooring, and lighting. When specified, we can fill unwanted hardware holes, drill for new modern handles, or convert traditional exposed hinges to European concealed soft-close hinges where cabinet construction allows—verifying door overlay and drilling hinge cups for quiet, streamlined operation.

Doors and drawer fronts are labeled and removed, while counters, floors, appliances, and surrounding rooms are masked and protected.

We inspect the cabinet material, existing finish, damage, hardware, and desired appearance to establish the proper system.

Surfaces are thoroughly degreased, sanded, repaired, and primed with an adhesion-promoting primer suited to the substrate.

Furniture-grade coatings are sprayed, cured, inspected, and carefully reinstalled with bumper replacements and door adjustments.

  • Doors and drawer fronts are sprayed in a controlled environment for a smooth, furniture-like appearance. Fixed boxes and frames are finished using the method best suited to the layout and selected system.

  • Durability depends on preparation, coating selection, cure time, use, and care. We use two-component furniture-grade polyurethane coatings engineered for cabinetry and explain how to protect the finish during full cure.

  • Yes, hardware changes can be included when compatible with the doors and cabinet construction. Soft-close concealed hinge conversions and hole repairs are reviewed during the estimate.

  • Usually, cabinet interiors are not painted unless specifically included. We will explain what needs to be cleared based on the scope and how the openings will be protected.

  • In many cases, yes. The existing finish and wood species must be evaluated so the correct cleaning, sanding, stain-blocking, and priming steps can be specified.
