These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of csicustompaint.com (the "Website"), operated by CSI Custom Paint Inc. ("CSI Custom Paint," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
Website Purpose
The Website provides general information about CSI Custom Paint and allows visitors to contact us, request an estimate, view examples of our work, and subscribe to communications. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.
Estimates and Service Agreements
Submitting an estimate request, contacting us, or using the Website does not create a contractor-client relationship, guarantee availability, reserve a project date, or require either party to proceed with a project. Any price, timeline, service description, or other information provided through the Website is preliminary unless included in a written estimate or agreement issued by CSI Custom Paint.
Painting, restoration, finishing, cabinetry, and related services are governed by the written estimate, contract, change order, warranty terms, and other project documents accepted by CSI Custom Paint and the customer. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the project documents control for the contracted services.
Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep Website information accurate, but photographs, descriptions, availability, service areas, pricing information, and other content may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Colors and finishes may appear differently on different screens and are not guaranteed to match physical samples or completed work. You should rely on an approved written estimate, physical samples, and project documents when making a purchasing decision.
Communications
When you contact us, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide. If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. We may continue to send nonmarketing communications concerning an estimate, appointment, project, invoice, payment, or other existing business relationship.
Permitted Use
You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, or legitimate business purposes. You may not:

This disclaimer applies to the Website only. Any warranty for contracted services is governed by the applicable written project agreement and cannot be limited where the law prohibits doing so.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSI CUSTOM PAINT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING SOLELY FROM THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising solely from use of the Website will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Monterey County, California, unless applicable law requires a different forum. Project-related disputes remain subject to the dispute provisions in the applicable written project agreement.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and CSI Custom Paint regarding use of the Website. They do not replace or modify a signed estimate, service contract, change order, warranty, or other project document.
