MECHANICAL PREPARATION FOR RELIABLE ADHESION
A floor coating is only as dependable as the surface beneath it. We mechanically grind the concrete to remove weak surface material, open the capillary pores for adhesion, and connect all perimeter diamond grinding to commercial HEPA dust extraction. Suitable cracks are prepared and filled, minor spalls patched, and moisture vapor levels tested before the new system is installed.
FINISHES DESIGNED AROUND YOUR PROPERTY
Choose from decorative flake, quartz broadcast, solid-color, metallic, and other custom options. We tailor color, visual movement, gloss, and slip resistance to complement the surrounding architecture. A full broadcast system distributes quartz or decorative flake into the wet base coat, followed by protective topcoats to create a floor that feels intentionally designed while remaining practical to clean and maintain.
A SYSTEM SELECTED FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, moisture-vapor barriers, and urethane topcoats each serve a different purpose. We select and layer products based on the slab, exposure, traffic, sunlight, and desired traction. For exterior patios and sunny spaces, we specify UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats; for garages and workshops, we engineer heavy-duty impact and chemical resistance.

Neither is automatically better for every project. Epoxy can provide build, bonding, and design versatility, while polyurea or polyaspartic products offer faster cure, flexibility, and UV resistance. Many premium floors use a combination of products as a complete system.

Yes, mechanical diamond grinding is a central part of our process when installing bonded floor coatings. The exact profile and repair work depend on the condition of the slab and the specified system.

Often, but the existing material must be evaluated and usually removed or mechanically prepared. A new coating should not rely on a weak or poorly bonded layer beneath it.

Texture and slip-resistant media can be incorporated based on the environment. We will discuss the balance between cleanability, appearance, and traction before selecting the final topcoat.
