THE RIGHT PRESSURE MATTERS: SOFT WASHING VS PRESSURE
More pressure is not always better. High pressure can etch concrete, scar cedar, blast mortar joints, and force water behind siding or under roof tiles. We adjust equipment, nozzle distance, specialized solutions, and dwell time to the exact material—using gentle soft washing for delicate stucco, roofs, and painted siding, and reserving controlled pressure cleaning for durable flat hardscapes.
CLEANING FOR APPEARANCE OR COATING PREPARATION
A maintenance wash and a pre-paint cleaning serve different purposes. When preparing for paint or stain, the surface must be thoroughly decontaminated to support coating adhesion—removing chalking, salt deposits, and oxidized film, then allowing adequate drying time before any coating is applied. For routine cleaning, we refresh siding, stone, paver driveways, and outdoor living areas.
